The key to the quality of our needle-punched-nonwoven products lies in the targeted selection and precise mixing ratio of the raw materials used. Our sister company ALTEX Textil-Recycling processes textile residues – such as used clothing, seat belts, protective and workwear, punching waste and many other materials – breaking them down into their individual fibers. These fibers form the basis for our new, precisely tailored blends. Depending on the desired product characteristics, we define the optimal mix of PES, PP, natural fibers and recycled fibers. This allows us to precisely adjust the composition and develop a customized nonwoven for each product and customer requirement that meets the highest standards.
